The pictured elbow straight parts length is 75 and 100 mm.
The elbow diameter is 95 mm and the elbow wall thickness is 15 mm.
Elbows are made of S45C stainless steel.
Sharply-bent thick-walled straight elbows, made of similar alloy steel grades, are technologically hard to be manufactured by using high-frequency heating and hornlike mandrel hot forming traditional technologies.
We accept orders for custom straight thick-walled elbow manufacturing, meeting the following specifications:
Bending radius (R): 1,5-4D;
Angle: from 30 to 180 degrees;
Material: any required steel grade.
